Iced Matcha Horchata

BeautyScoop® “Iced Matcha Horchata”

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp organic matcha powder
  • 3 oz organic rice milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®

Preparation:

Place rice milk into the blender. Add matcha powder, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract and blend on high until well-mixed. Add vanilla ice cream and blend on high for 1 minute or until well-mixed and frothy. Add BeautyScoop® and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Pour into a large glass; dip the rim in matcha powder; serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp. sliced bananas
  • 1/3 cup sliced organic strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped beets (red or gold)
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup washed organic baby kale
  • 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®

Preparation:

Pour pineapple juice and BeautyScoop® into blender or Vitamix. Add fruit and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass, serve and enjoy!

  • 2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 bananas
  • 1/2 large pear
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 slices fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®

Preparation:

Blend in blender until smooth. Pour into large glass. Serve and enjoy!

BeautyScoop® “Chris-makkah – Godiva Beauty Buzz”

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Starbucks Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Absolut Vanilia Vodka
  • 5 oz. non-fat organic milk
  • crushed ice
  • 1 coffee bean
  • powdered, unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®

Preparation:

Add Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Starbucks Coffee Liqueur, Absolut Vanilia Vodka, milk and ice to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add 1 scoop of BeautyScoop® and blend for an additional minute. Pour into a tumbler, sprinkle with chocolate and garnish with a coffee bean.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. peach nectar
  • 6 oz. Prosecco

Preparation:

Pour the peach nectar, schnapps and ice to the blender. Add 1 scoop of BeautyScoop® and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and add Prosecco. Serve and enjoy.

BeautyScoop® “WhAM – Watermelon, Anise, Mint Cooler”

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 1 cup water of diced watermelon
  • 1 piece of star anise
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped mint
  • a handful of ice cubes
  • ***Optional shot of vodka to get NAILed***

Preparation:

Add one packet of BeautyScoop®, watermelon and mint to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice and a blend until smooth. Optional: add vodka. Pour into a mason jar and add star anise. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint. Serve immediately and enjoy!

BeautyScoop® “Natural Blueberry Pineapple ICEE”

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of BeautyScoop®
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 can ginger ale

Preparation:

Combine everything but the ginger ale in a freezer-safe container. Taste and adjust for sweetness if necessary. About an hour before serving, remove frozen mixture from freezer and begin to thaw. Check back periodically, and break up mixture with a fork when possible. Combine with ginger ale and stir until slushy mixture forms. Pour into cold glasses and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 1 cup fresh, cubed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup low fat, organic, vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes

Preparation:

First, peel and cut pineapple into small cubes (you have time!). Combine all ingredients except ice in blender. Blend on medium-high until frothy. Add ice and blend again. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of melon (watermelon, cantaloupe, or honeydew)
  • 3 packets of sugar
  • 3 cups of sparkling water

Preparation:

First, remove seeds from melon and cut into cubes. Place in blender and puree until smooth. Pour the melon, water, and BeautyScoop® into a pitcher and stir. Add the packets of sugar to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours. Stir and add ice before serving. Enjoy!

  • 1/2 to 1 cup crushed ice, depending on desired consistency
  • 2 peppermint candy “straws” (sticks)

Preparation:

In a blender, combine the milk, yogurt, BeautyScoop®, banana, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Add ice until desired consistency. Blend again. Pour into two glasses and garnish with peppermint candy straws, if desired. It is delicious! Enjoy!

BeautyScoop® Protein-Packed Roasted Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1/3 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat, organic milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Preparation:

Chop the apples and celery. Blend for a few minutes. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine strawberries and sugar in a medium bowl. Pour the strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for about 12 to 15 minutes (or until the berries release their juices). Combine BeautyScoop® and other ingredients and blend until smooth. Add strawberries and blend again. Sweeten to taste (if necessary). Enjoy!

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 2 or 4 ice cubes (optional, to thicken)

Preparation:

Starting with the liquid, add 1 cup of milk to the blender. Begin blending and add BeautyScoop. Add in the nut butter, spinach, and banana. Blend until smooth. If desired, add in ice cubes for thicker/colder consistency. Blend again. Pour into a cup, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 cup vodka or gin
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • splash of club soda

Preparation:

Crush the frozen cranberries in a large glass pitcher. Add the BeautyScoop, sugar, lime juice and the juiced wedges to the pitcher. Pour in the vodka and cranberry juice. Mix well. Fill glasses with ice and mixture about 2/3rds full. Top with club soda. Enjoy!

BeautyScoop® Candy Corn Fruit Parfaits

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets or 2 scoops of BeautyScoop®
  • 2 2/3 cups diced pineapple (canned or fresh)
  • 2 2/3 cups jarred organic mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup organic heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain, organic Greek yogurt

Preparation:

First, make the light whipped cream by using a metal mixing bowl and beaters that have been in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill. Add sugar, heavy whipping cream, BeautyScoop, and vanilla. Beat for 2 or 3 minutes until stiff peaks form. Fold in Greek yogurt. In 8oz (or larger) cups or bowls, layer 1/3 cup pineapple, 1/3 cup oranges, and 3 tablespoons whipped cream. Enjoy!

BeautyScoop® Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 8 oz brewed coffee
  • 1/3 cup organic, low fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or other sweetener of choice)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Preparation:

In a cup or saucepan, mix together milk and pumpkin. Cook on medium heat on the stove top or microwave for 30-45 seconds. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, BeautyScoop®, spices, and sweetener, place in a cup, and use a frother or blender to foam the milk. Pour coffee into a large mug and add foamy milk mixture on top. Sprinkle on cinnamon and enjoy!

BeautyScoop® To “Dye” For Fro-Yo Pops!

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets or 2 scoops of BeautyScoop®
  • 9 ounces (1 1/2 pints) organic blackberries
  • 3 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 32 ounces low or non-fat organic, vanilla yogurt

Preparation:

Place 7 1/2 ounces blackberries in a food processor and process until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve to remove seeds. Stir in two tablespoons lemon juice and set aside. Blend yogurt with remaining lemon juice and BeautyScoop® and set aside. Layer ice-pop mold (1/3rd cup) with yogurt and puree, adding the rest of the berries along the way. Swirl together with a knife. Let freeze 25 minutes, then insert pop sticks sticks halfway and continue to freeze overnight. Enjoy!

Makes 12 pops. (Betcha can’t eat just one!)

Juice all the fruits and vegetables. Place BeautyScoop® and all ingredients (except ice) in a blender. Blend on high for 60 seconds. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Preparation:

Place coffee into a large mug. Add BeautyScoop® and brown sugar and blend well. Add whiskey and Bailey’s and stir. Whip heavy cream in a small bowl. Garnish drink with whipped cream. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 celery stalks (one for garnish)
  • pinch ground pepper
  • hot pepper sauce to taste
  • pinch of horseradish
  • lemon wedge for garnish
  • 6 ice cubes

Preparation:

Place BeautyScoop®, tomato or V8 juice, vodka and lemon juice into the blender. Blend on high until smooth.. Pour into a highball glass over ice cubes. Add the seasonings to taste. Garnish with a lemon wedge and celery. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 1 cup organic vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup cream of coconut

Preparation:

Preparation:

Place figs on non-stick baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle honey over figs and bake for 15 minutes. Mix BeautyScoop® into yogurt and blend until smooth. Place yogurt into bowl and top with roasted figs. Garnish with pistachios (optional). Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 ounces club soda
  • 2 ounces rye whisky

Preparation:

Place the sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass. Wet it down with 2 or 3 dashes of Angostura bitter and a short splash of water or club soda. Crush the sugar with a wooden muddler, chopstick or strong spoon. Rotate the glass so that the sugar grains and bitters give it a lining. Add a large ice cube. Place two ounces of rye in a small glass.Add BeautyScoop® and remaining club soda to the rye and mix until well blended. Pour combination into the old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a wedge or orange and a cherry. Serve with a stirring rod.

Ingredients:

  • 3 packets or 3 scoops of BeautyScoop®
  • 3/4 to 1 pounds of peeled, cored and roughly chopped Fuji apples
  • 3/8 to 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1/8cup of cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation:

Place all of the ingredients in a large (5-quart) pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 25 minutes, or until the apples can easily be mashed. Remove from heat and mash the apples and cranberries with a potato masher to the consistency you want. Add 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop® to 6 ounces of applesauces and whisk until well-blended. Serve hot as a side dish, or cold as a dessert. Store in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks. Or freeze for up to a year but add BeautyScoop immediately before consuming. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons of wildflower honey
  • 6 Tablespoons of 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
  • 2 ounces of fresh organic blueberries
  • 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Optional mint leaf or strawberry (for garnish)

Preparation:

Finely dice the strawberries. Quarter the blueberries. Place berries into two separate bowls and keep them separated. Combine two teaspoons of honey with the vanilla extract and a sprinkle of cinnamon in a small bowl. Drizzle one teaspoon of vanilla-honey-cinnamon mixture over each bowl of berries and let sit for 10 minutes. Mix BeautyScoop® into the yogurt and whip until smooth.Place two tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of a parfait glass. Drizzle one half of a teaspoon of honey over the yogurt. Layer the blueberries over the yogurt. Add another two tablespoons of yogurt over the blueberries. Layer the strawberries over the yogurt. Add another two tablespoons of yogurt over the strawberries. Drizzle the remaining honey over the yogurt. Garnish with fresh mint leaf. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 juice orange

  • 1/4 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
  • cinnamon and nutmeg, to taste

  • 1/4 cup almonds

Preparation:

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add oats and simmer for 5 minutes. Combine brown sugar, applesauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, and mix into the oatmeal. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir in BeautyScoop®. Top with almonds and apple, and enjoy!

Finely grate 1 lemon and set aside grated peel. Juice both lemons. Set aside juice and discard lemons. Place sorbet, yogurt, milk, basil, lemon juice, and lemon peel in blender and blend for 2 minutes. Add packet of BeautyScoop® and ice and blend until smooth. Pour and garnish with whole basil leaf. Enjoy!

Honey Banana Cinnamon Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of light brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup orange juice
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz. non-fat Greek yogurt
  • amber honey
  • ice (optional)

Preparation:

Put the bananas into 1/4 inch discs. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add brown sugar and lay banana slices on top. Cook undisturbed for 20 seconds. Add orange juice and cinnamon. Cook for 10 seconds, then turn bananas carefully and cook for an additional 45-60 seconds, basting with the pan sauce. Place half of the Greek yogurt into a parfait dish and layer with half a packet of BeautyScoop®. Drizzle honey over the BeautyScoop® and add the remainder of the yogurt. Drizzle with honey and add the remainder of the BeautyScoop®. Spoon the banana mixture on top and drizzle sauce on top. Serve (and enjoy) immediately!

Strawberry Rhubarb Spring Beauty Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen rhubarb, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh organic strawberries
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat organic yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of organic non-fat milk
  • 1 tsp honey or raw agave nectar
  • ice (optional)

Preparation:

Place rhubarb, strawberries and honey/agave into a saucepan and cook on low heat until soft (about 20 minutes). Remove from heat and refrigerate until cool.Combine fruit, yogurt, milk and honey/agave in the blender and blend at HIGH speed until smooth (about 30 seconds). Add BeautyScoop® (and ice) and blend for an additional minute. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Makes two 5 ounce servings.

Cranberry Almond Granola & Yogurt Beauty Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 1 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/6 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/6 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/6 candied pecan halves
  • 1/6 cup concentrated cranberry juice
  • 1/6 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
  • vegetable oil spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • 8 oz. organic nonfat Greek yogurt

Preparation:

Preparation of Granola:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Place oats, almonds, coconut and pecans into a large bowl. Combine cranberry juice, brown sugar, a few pumps of vegetable oil spray in a medium saucepan. Blend in cinnamon and allspice and bring to boil, whisking until sugar dissolves. Pour hot syrup over oat mixture and stir to coat evenly. Spread mixture out on large rimmed nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 325°F until golden brown at edges, about 20 minutes. Add cranberries and use metal spatula to blend, stirring until dry (about 12 minutes). Cool completely on baking sheet and store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Preparation of Parfait:

Add 1 packet of BeautyScoop® to yogurt in a blender. Cover and blend for 30 seconds. In a glass, layer the yogurt and granola. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet or 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup canned organic pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/8 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Preparation:

Add apple cider, pumpkin, yogurt, coconut milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla to blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Add 1 packet of BeautyScoop® and blend for 30 seconds. Add ice and blend/grind until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve and enjoy!

Tip: Plain yogurt offers a tart, bright flavor to this smoothie. If you prefer a sweeter version, you can use vanilla yogurt instead, or add a little more maple syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 scoop BeautyScoop®, Vanilla Crème Flavor
  • 3/4 oz. Dish D’Lish Red Sangria Mix Cocktailor*
  • 3/4 oz. Purity Vodka – or other organic vodka
  • 2 oz red wine, such as a Syrah or Merlot
  • Garnish: fresh rosemary sprig and berry if desired
  • ice

Preparation:

Bend and drop fresh rosemary into a cocktail shaker. Carefully measure BeautyScoop®, Dish D’Lish Red Sangria Mix, vodka and red wine into the shaker. Fill to the top with ice. Cap and shake vigorously until powder is fully incorporated. Strain cocktail into a tall glass or wine glass filled with ice. Garnish a sprig of fresh rosemary and berry if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. coconut water
  • 2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 scoop of BeautyScoop®
  • 5 leaves of Thai basil

Preparation:

In a shaker, 3/4 filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with sprig of Thai basil. Serve and enjoy!

Here is an easy addition to the ‘lime in the coconut’:
***Add 1 small bottle of Hendricks gin (50ml) or Bombay Sapphire gin (50ml) and follow all the same instructions.

NYCe Melons – Delightful Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 4 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp grenadine
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 4 scoops BeautyScoop®
  • 1 (3 lb) seedless watermelon

Preparation:

In a small saucepan, bring sugar, agave syrup, lemon juice, grenadine, lemon zest and mint leaves to a boil. Dissolve the sugar granules. Let cool slightly. Remove the rind from the watermelon and cut into chunks. Puree half of the chopped watermelon in a blender. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a large glass bowl. Repeat with the remaining watermelon.Add slightly cooled syrup mixture and BeautyScoop®. Mix well to incorporate. Place sorbet into a 2-quart plastic container and freeze for 3-4 hours. Remove and let stand for 5-10 minutes to soften. Scoop and serve!

  • 2 cups pitted dark, sweet cherries
  • 6 ounces apple juice
  • 2 cherries for garnish
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 10 ice cubes

Preparation:

Pit up to four cherries at a time in a single motion with a cherry pitter like the one from Sur-Le-Table Place apple juice, lime juice and one packet of BeautyScoop® into a blender. Puree until smooth. Add ice and grate until slushy. Pour into a glasses, garnish and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups fat free milk
  • 1 1/2 cups fat free half-and-half
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 packets of BeautyScoop®
  • 1/4 cup rum, cognac or brandy (optional)
  • freshly grated nutmeg to garnish

Preparation:

Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add egg and egg whites, and beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes. ently heat fat free milk in a large saucepan. Gradually stir egg mixture into the hot milk. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thickened. Stir in vanilla extract and remove from heat. Let the milk and egg mixture cool a little before blending with fat-free half-and-half milk and 2 packets of BeautyScoop®. Cover and chill in the refrigerator. Before serving, add rum or brandy if desired and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg on top.

Preparation:

Preparation:

Place all fruit into the blender for 1 minute. Add yogurt, flax seed, wheat germ and vanilla. Blend for an additional minute. Add 1 packet of BeautyScoop® and 3 ice cubes and blend until smooth.

  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and quartered
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 3 ice cubes

Preparation:

Place the coulis ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour through mesh strainer (to remove seeds) and set aside. Don’t wash the blender as it will give the peach smoothie a lovely pink color. Place the smoothie ingredients into the blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a large bowl, swirl in the raspberry coulis, then pour into a glass and serve. Garnish with a fresh raspberry or two if you like!

Preparation:

Place the ice cubes, milk and banana into the blender and grind/blend for 1 minute. Add two tablespoons of Ovaltine Rich Chocolate granules and BeautyScoop® blend for an additional 1 minute. Pour into a glass and serve immediately! To keep the spirit of the season, add 2 tbsp. of Godiva Chocolate Liquor to the other ingredients with the first blending!

Preparation:

Preparation:

Wash fruit thoroughly. If using a compact juicer, remove skin and core from apples and pears. If using a professional, centrifugal juice extractor, there is no need to remove skin or seeds. The skin, pulp and seeds will be removed automatically by the machine. Empty 1 packet of BeautyScoop® into 6-8 ounces of fresh juice and mix well. Add ice, if desired. Enjoy your beauty infusion within 30 minutes!
